SalesLoft Integration

Sync cadences, people, and email activities between SalesLoft and Coeffection for unified sales engagement. See cadence status, log emails, and track engagement without leaving the CRM.

Prerequisites#

  • SalesLoft account on a plan with API access (contact SalesLoft sales for current pricing).
  • Cadences and email templates configured in SalesLoft.
  • Coeffection role with integrations:manage permission.

Connecting SalesLoft#

  1. Go to Admin Settings โ†’ Integrations โ†’ SalesLoft.
  2. Click โ€œConnect SalesLoftโ€.
  3. Sign in to SalesLoft via OAuth and grant Coeffection access to your team data.
  4. Configure sync settings to choose which data flows between the systems (cadences only, people only, or full bidirectional).

What you get#

  • Cadence sync โ€” SalesLoft cadences appear on the contact record showing the current step and next scheduled action.
  • People sync โ€” bidirectional sync of contacts/leads; changes flow automatically between systems.
  • Email activity tracking โ€” opens, clicks, and replies tracked on the timeline.
  • Activity logging โ€” calls and emails sent via SalesLoft auto-log as activities on the Coeffection record.

If a contact is in an active SalesLoft cadence, Coeffection shows a badge on the record โ€” useful for sales managers reviewing pipeline without context-switching to SalesLoft.
