Getting started#
Each integration requires an Admin or Finance role to configure. Navigate to Settings → Integrations and click the integration you want to enable. Most integrations use OAuth and will redirect you to the third-party authorization screen. Once authorized, the connection status appears as Connected in the integrations list.
Connections are per-tenant. Each user signs in with their own credentials (e.g., Google, Zoom) so that calendar events, emails, and calls sync to the correct account. Admin-level integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, DocuSign) are configured once and shared across the workspace.
Required permissions#
The following roles can manage integrations:
- Admin — configure workspace-level integrations (accounting, e-signature)
- Finance — manage QuickBooks and NetSuite connections
- All roles — connect their own Google, Zoom, and Outlook accounts
Disconnecting an integration#
To disconnect, go to Settings → Integrations, click the connected integration, and select Disconnect. Historical data (calls, emails, meetings) is retained in Coeffection after disconnection. Re-connecting restores real-time sync.
