Contracts & DocuSign#

When a quote is accepted, Coeffection creates a Contract record automatically. The contract module handles the full signature lifecycle: generating the contract document from a template, sending it for e-signature via DocuSign, tracking signer activity, and receiving the countersigned copy.

If you do not have a DocuSign account, you can use the PDF upload fallback — attach a signed PDF manually and mark the contract as signed. Either path triggers the same downstream automation: the linked opportunity moves to Closed Won and an invoice is generated in QuickBooks or NetSuite.
