Sign up at fathom.video and install the desktop app or browser extension.

Have Fathom record + transcribe at least one meeting so the API has data to return.

In Fathom Settings → Integrations, generate a personal API key.

On the Coeffection meetings page, paste your Fathom API key into the Fireflies/Fathom connection card.

Your past Fathom meetings + recordings will appear alongside Zoom and Google Meet in the unified meetings list.
