Find It Faster, Send It Cleaner
This week's Coeffection updates: smarter record lists with stage filters and true names, and quotes that look right every time you send them.

Picture a sales manager on a Tuesday afternoon, trying to answer one simple question: which deals are sitting in "Proposal Sent" right now, across every branch of the business. Last week that meant clicking into records one at a time and keeping a mental tally. This week it takes one click, and the list narrows itself.
Your lists finally work the way you think
We spent this cycle rebuilding the way you search, filter, and browse your records so it matches how people actually move through a list. You can search across everything at once, choose exactly which columns show up, and export the results straight to a CSV when someone on your team needs a copy to work from.
Stage is the field people check most, so we gave it its own space. Click a stage and the list narrows to just those records, no digging through dropdown menus to get there. If your company tracks deals across more than one branch or pipeline, the stage column now shows all of them side by side, so you are never guessing which pipeline a given deal actually belongs to. A new density control lets you flip between a compact view that fits more rows on the screen and a roomier one that is easier to read at a glance.
A couple of quieter things needed fixing too. Columns that link to a person, like an account manager or a point of contact, now show that person's actual name instead of a string of letters and numbers. And a subtle bug in how job value was calculated on these lists has been corrected, so the totals you see line up with the totals underneath them. We also fixed a status filter that had been quietly returning the wrong records in some views.
Quotes that look the way you meant them to
Building a quote should feel like arranging something, not wrestling with it. The Line Items dialog now lets you choose which fields appear on each line and group similar products together by family, so a quote full of different product types reads like an organized document instead of one long undifferentiated list.
On the design side, the export designer picked up a handful of things people had been asking for. You can now drop an image placeholder onto a template and see exactly where a photo or logo will land once the quote goes out, instead of finding out after the fact. You can start a document from a truly blank template rather than always adapting something that already exists. New structure guides appear as you drag elements around the canvas, so lining things up is a matter of watching them snap into place instead of eyeballing it against a ruler. A drag glitch that occasionally dropped a chip in the wrong spot is fixed as well. And if you build or review quotes from a phone or tablet, the designer now adjusts itself to the smaller screen instead of squeezing a desktop layout down to an unreadable size.
A few things you might not even notice
Some of this week's work is the kind you only notice when it stops happening. Record types that never used a pipeline no longer show a stage control in the header, since there was never a stage there to change in the first place. It sounds small, but it means one less confusing control cluttering up a screen that did not need it.
None of these updates are flashy taken on their own. A faster list here, a stage filter you can trust there, a quote that looks right the moment you open it. But put together, they add up to a week where the tool gets a little more out of your way, and you get a little more of your afternoon back.
