A Quieter Kind of Week: Clearer Reports, Safer Sign-In, and a New Helper Named Grace
This week: reports that show the records behind your charts, a safer sign-in experience, better Send emails, and Grace, our new AI helper.

Picture a sales manager on a Monday morning. A bar on the dashboard looks too tall. She wants to know why. In most tools, she would squint, export a spreadsheet, and spend half an hour hunting for the answer.
This week, she just clicks the bar.
That small moment sums up most of what we shipped. Fewer detours between a question and its answer. Here is what's new.
Your charts now show their work
A chart is only as useful as your ability to trust it. So we made every chart easier to check.
Reports now show the actual records behind your dashboard charts. If a number surprises you, you can see exactly which contacts, deals, or quotes make it up. No guessing.
A few details make this feel natural:
- Click anywhere in a bar's column to drill in. You no longer have to aim for the bar itself.
- Donut slices open their own report with the matching records.
- Date and amount filter chips now work with your custom fields, so the fields you built for your own business are first-class citizens.
Take that Monday manager again. She clicks the tall bar, sees the list, spots three large deals that closed in the same week, and her question is answered before her coffee cools.
Meet Grace, and a better way to send
We also introduced Grace, an AI helper who lives right on the homepage. Grace is part of how we think about Coeffection now: a CRM that works the way you do, with an assistant that helps without telling you how to run your business. You can read more about her on the homepage. We also fixed a small snag so the homepage loads properly even if your login has expired.
Sending documents got a lot of love this week too. The Send email has been redesigned, and it feels more like writing a real message:
- A proper formatted body, so your emails look like they came from a person.
- The quote number is now a link, and your signature comes along.
- You can pick recipients right in the Send chooser, including several related contacts at once.
- If a customer is attached to the related project or opportunity, Send now counts them automatically.
- Logos in your PDFs now stay sharp.
- Purchase orders show the vendor address, and you can preview them before they go out.
There is one more change for anyone who quotes and bills the same job. A single quote can now produce both an Estimate and an Invoice. You no longer have to rebuild the same paperwork twice.
If you use Google or Microsoft, there is now an account chooser, so you can pick the right account instead of hoping for the best. Meetings also got friendlier. Organizers can open their own meetings, and meetings work even without a Zoom link attached. Edits and deletes you make in your CRM now reach Google as you would expect.
Safer by design
Security rarely makes for a thrilling story, but it matters most when you are not thinking about it.
This week we shipped a round of improvements to how sessions, two-factor sign-in, single sign-on, integration connections, and webhooks are protected. Two-factor prompts now show which account you are signing into, which helps if you juggle more than one.
We also narrowed the permissions we ask for from Google, and added a plain-language privacy section that explains what we use and why. And there is a new public security page that lays out how we protect your information, along with stronger protection on the last few areas that needed it.
If you would like to see how we think about this, the page is open to everyone.
One more thing: new homes for industries
If you work in a specific trade, you may notice that our site now has dedicated pages for many industries, with real product screens, matching photos, and the integrations that people in those fields tend to use. We hope they make it easier to picture Coeffection in your day.
That is the week. As always, if something here would make your Monday easier, or if something is still getting in your way, tell us. We read every note.
