Quotes That Move, an Assistant You Can Ask, and a Stronger Front Door
Quotes now flow through your pipeline, the AI assistant got sharper, and account security got a serious upgrade this week.

Ask any sales rep what happens after they hit send on a quote, and you'll get a shrug. It goes somewhere, picks up a status like "Sent" or "Pending," and then everyone just waits, checking two different screens to piece together what's actually going on. This week we shipped a handful of changes aimed at exactly that kind of waiting, in three different corners of Coeffection.
Quotes finally move with your pipeline

For a long time, a quote in Coeffection lived its own separate life. It carried its own status, off to the side, disconnected from wherever the actual deal stood in your pipeline. If you wanted the full picture, you had to check both places and do the math yourself.
That gap is closed now. Quotes move through the same pipeline stages as the rest of your deal, so when a quote gets signed, the deal's stage updates right along with it. If you run a team, your pipeline view finally tells the whole story instead of half of it.
We also gave reps a way to fine-tune the win probability on any individual record, instead of only trusting whatever number the formula spits out. If a customer mentions they're waiting on a signature from someone upstairs, you can nudge the number and move on, no argument with the software required.
Ask a question, get a straight answer
The assistant built into Coeffection got noticeably more reliable this week, in the boring way that actually counts: accuracy. Ask it to summarize your pipeline or explain why a report looks the way it does, and it now finds the right data more consistently, even when your setup looks a little different from the next company's.
We also gave it more to do. It can now surface read-only insights whenever you ask, walk you through ready-made "recipes" for common questions, and let you @-mention a specific record, contact, or report right in the conversation so it knows exactly what you're talking about. Instead of digging through menus to find the right report, you just ask.
A better lock on the front door
Account security got a full pass this week. Two-factor authentication for email logins, which started as something people could opt into on their own, is now something administrators can require across the whole team, with a dual-control process for resetting anyone who gets locked out, so no single person can quietly switch off someone else's protection.
Alongside that, people who log in from the same computer every day no longer have to verify themselves over and over, thanks to trusted-device support. Notice emails mean nobody is caught off guard by a security change on their own account. And a clear audit trail means administrators can see exactly what changed and when, with an alert firing right away if anything looks off.
A few smaller things rounded out the week, too. Meetings now group by day in your list, and opening one shows the same detail you'd see on your calendar, the description, join link, location, and who has RSVP'd, without switching tools. We added a currency field type, so pricing and financial data can be entered and formatted the way it should be instead of sitting in a plain text box. And if you track service or fee charges separately from your product catalog, those charges now support their own categories, custom fields, and cost-to-margin pricing rules, the same flexibility you've had on products all along. New accounts get a smoother start too: signing up now sets up a working set of pipelines, record types, and teams automatically, so nobody opens Coeffection for the first time to a blank page.
None of this is flashy by itself. Put together, it's about making the parts of your day that used to need double-checking, or a second screen, or a follow-up email, just a little more trustworthy. That's the job every week, chip away at the friction between you and the work you actually came to do.
